Often, our western culture can give us a negative attitude towards ageing. As we go through life we tend to distract ourselves from reflecting on what it means to get older and in our middle years we may find ourselves far too busy for such reflection. But Yoga can help us move through the ageing process with grace, honesty, centered-ness and purpose. This workshop will consider our journey through life, the ways Yoga can support that journey and the rich blessings an older life can bring.
